MailShield Guardian by GliPpiN Toys, LLC
Effective Date: April 22, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and GliPpiN Toys, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the MailShield Guardian mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MailShield Guardian is a fraud detection and awareness tool that helps users identify potential scams across multiple channels, and a community platform where users share fraud awareness. The App includes:
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. Community features (submitting reports, posting confessions, commenting) require you to be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. No username or password is required. Your anonymous account is tied to your device. If you uninstall the App or reset your device, your scan history, community posts, badges, and Fraud Resilience Score may be lost.
If you connect a Gmail or Outlook account for email scanning, you authorize us to access your email in read-only mode solely for the purpose of scam detection. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings.
The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Community features (reading the Community Feed, viewing Scam Radar, submitting Confession Booth posts, commenting, and viewing your profile) are available at no charge. Premium features including advanced AI (Claude Sonnet), real-time Auto-Protect, Gmail/Outlook monitoring, Family Dashboard, Community Defender Badges, and full Fraud Resilience Score detail are available with a Pro subscription. Pricing is displayed within the App before purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. All billing, charges, and refunds are processed by Apple or Google according to their respective terms. We do not directly collect or store payment information. Pro and Family subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan is billed automatically at the price shown at signup.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after notice is given.

The App, including its design, code, features, content, and branding, is owned by GliPpiN Toys, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (photos, text, community reports, confessions, comments). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, moderate, and distribute that content within the App solely to operate the service. For scan content (photos, text for analysis), this license is temporary and terminates upon analysis completion. For community content (reports, confessions, comments), this license continues for as long as the content is published in the App.

We are a platform, not a publisher of user-generated community content. We do not adopt, endorse, or verify community reports, confessions, or comments as factually accurate. Content posted by users reflects the user's individual experience and opinion, not our views or findings. Pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 230, we are not liable for user-generated content published through the App's community features. We maintain reasonable content moderation (profanity filtering, PII redaction, and flag-based review) to protect users while preserving our status as a good-faith platform.
All community content is automatically screened before publication for prohibited language and personally identifiable information. Content that fails automated screening is rejected at submission and never published.
Users may flag community content as inappropriate. Content that receives 3 or more flags is automatically hidden from the public feed pending human review.
We reserve the right to remove any community content that violates these Terms, without notice. Repeated violations may result in suspension of community posting privileges or termination of access to the App.
We are not obligated to monitor all community content but will act on flagged content and reports of policy violations. If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please flag it within the App or contact us at support@glippintoys.com.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google, Microsoft, Firebase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, Apple CallKit, the FTC, FBI IC3, AARP Fraud Watch Network, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Emergency contact links connect you directly to those agencies' official resources — we are not affiliated with those agencies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate risk assessments. AI-generated results may contain errors, false positives, or false negatives. Community content reflects individual user experiences and opinions, not verified facts. You acknowledge that no fraud detection system is perfect and that you use the App's assessments and community content at your own discretion.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GLIPPIN TOYS, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GliPpiN Toys, LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the App; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any rights of a third party; or community content you submit that causes harm to a third party or violates applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Repeated violations of the Acceptable Use policy or Community Content Standards are grounds for termination. Upon termination:
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GliPpiN Toys, LLC regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, government actions, or internet or infrastructure failures.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms within the App and updating the Effective Date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
